Who we are
Wright Supply Chain Advisory (WSCA) is a manufacturing and supply chain consultancy led by Matt Wright, based in West Sussex and serving businesses across the UK.
What we collect
Contact form enquiries (name, email, company, industry, message), discovery call requests, and the inputs you enter into the free tools. We collect only what is needed to respond to you and, where you ask for one, to deliver a report.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, arrange and conduct discovery calls, and deliver any requested report. We do not use your data for marketing without separate, explicit consent, and using a tool never subscribes you to marketing.
Calculator inputs
The free tools run in your browser. Inputs are not sent anywhere unless you choose to request a report. Sensitive operational data should not be submitted; where it is, it is processed only to deliver the requested result and then deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase and restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact WSCA to exercise any of these.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to respond and manage the relationship. We do not retain commercially sensitive calculator inputs longer than necessary.
