About

Thirty years of getting operations to work

WSCA is led by Matt Wright, who has spent three decades inside manufacturing and supply chain operations, solving the practical problems that determine whether a business makes money or simply stays busy.

Who Matt is

Experience earned on the floor, not just in the boardroom

Matt has worked across manufacturing and supply chain operations for 30 years, from production and inventory through to purchasing, planning and leadership. That breadth is the point: operational problems rarely live inside a single function, and they are best understood by someone who has done the work.

WSCA exists to bring that experience to established small and medium-sized businesses that want to improve but do not need, and often cannot find, a full-time senior operations leader. The aim is always the same: more output, less waste and stronger teams from the resources you already have.

How Matt works

The right people. The right processes. The right decisions.

Meaningful improvement comes from understanding how people, information, materials and processes work together. The method is simple and never assumes every client needs the same solution.

Step 1

Listen

Start with the people doing the work. They usually know where the problems are before anyone else.

Step 2

Understand

Look at how people, information, materials and processes actually fit together, not how they are supposed to.

Step 3

Measure

Measure the few things that matter. A simple, honest number beats a detailed report no one reads.

Step 4

Improve

Make changes small enough to implement and stick, then scale what genuinely works.

Step 5

Sustain

Hand ownership back to your team so the improvement lasts long after the engagement ends.

Honest about credentials

Genuine experience, presented accurately

WSCA competes on experience, practical understanding and trusted relationships, not on corporate language or the appearance of size. This site never claims that WSCA itself has traded for 30 years; those years belong to Matt's career.

Career credentials, client testimonials and case studies shown here are approved and genuine. Any example without a named, verified source is illustrative and labelled as such.

"We help you identify where time, money and resources are being wasted, and then we help you do something about it."
